Welcome at the "Jellyfish"

14.11.2017: We have been awarded with our first star from the Guide Michelin!

The "Jellyfish" supports certified sustainable seafood. Our chefs work solely with wild catch. We use only fresh ingredients without any convenience or frozen products. In selecting our suppliers we personally checked that their produce is without any chemical add-ons and no non natural fertilizers have been used. Most of them are local producers. Our innovative kitchen working to the highest quality standards has been many times awarded and the "Jellyfish" belongs to Hamburg's best fish & seafood restaurants.

We offer a small but excellent menu, focussing on „Fish & Seafood" together with a vegetarian dish. Meat dishes on request and pre-order. Our menu changes frequently every 2 months and will always be supplemented by fresh catches of the day. It is well worth it, to check our web page regularly not to miss great occasions. Under „menu" you can download our current dinner menu.

Just like our menu our wine selection is rather small but special. You will see, that top quality wine must not necessarily mean top prices. Our wine list will be changing between summer and winter season and is supplemented by limited offers which are usually available only for a short period of time.
