This is not the first time that the twenty-six-year-old chef has anchored in Hambourg, after several stints with Germany’s cooking elite, including in Hambourg and with Dieter Müller on board MS Europa as his right-hand man. The native of Spessarter, however, finally moved to the port city, where he wants to realize himself culinary.
The native of Oldenbourg has returned to the adopted home of Hambourg after 4 years of cruising on the MS Europa.
The proximity to the water has always been there with her, after her training she worked for 3 years on Norderney before she lived in Hambourg for the first time.
We invite our guests on a culinary journey with our 5-, 6-, and 7-course fish & seafood degustation menus – optional with wine pairing for each course to supplement your dinner.
If being pregnant or being allergic to certain ingredients oder having intolerances we are able to alter our dishes accordingly – but please let us know when making reservations.
Indoors we offer seated dining for 30 guests. Making reservations is highly recommended. For events with „flying service“ our maximum capacity is 70 persons.
